Guest rooms for the Canadian Diagnostic Executive Forum 2024 are now available to book online. Please note the cut-off date is Friday, September 20, 2024.

The group rate of $209 can be accessed on our brand website using ACCESS CODE: 1020CDEF

See instructions below:

• Visit the hotel’s website
• On the section where the check-in and check-out box is, enter the dates. 
• Click on the section “ROOMS & GUEST & RATE PREFERENCE.”  Enter the number of rooms, adults and children. 
• Under RATE PREFERENCE, click the drop down arrow and select Group. In the ACCESS CODE box, enter the code: 1020CDEF. Then click the BOOK NOW button.

The next page will show the actual special rate of $209 and the booking process begins.

Guests should refer to the “Canadian Diagnostic Executive Forum 2024” to receive the group rate. 

Group room reservations must be made with the property directly.

We have noted that attendees are responsible for their own charges (room & tax and any incidentals).

Overnight parking is complimentary for registered guests; day parking for event attendees is complimentary.
